Wow...let's be incendiary.

With all due respect, how much of this is driven by the decision by Ed Cooper to pull out in Madison.

Do you guys REALLY feel like you're helping the sport with this crap? Your sport is at death's door, and you're pissing about when you can qualify and when you can't? I realize it's a big deal to you, but the fans (that remain) don't care if you got in the field at 145 or 148 mph; they just want to see a competitive race.

Is the goal of the U-3 team to turn their boat into an expensive runabout? Because that's all that it's going to be used for once the remaining small handful of race sites go away. Or do you guys have some sort of deal all ready cut with the air racing circuit to sell your Allison's for a nice chunk of change?

If this was Nascar, where the race sites and circuit are owned by the France family, do you think your team would really be getting away with this?

Sorry for my impertenance, but this kind of penny-ante bullsh*t is incredibly frustrating. You're cutting off your nose to spite your face. Have fun with a warehouse full of useless equipment when Madison, Seattle, TC and Detroit get fed up with your crap and decide they really don't need the Unlimiteds any more.
